Scope Of Application

EPDM Rubber

Excellent overall performance, outstanding ozone resistance, excellent weather ability, good resistance to high temperature and low temperature, outstanding chemical resistance, resistance to various polar solutes, and low relative density. The disadvantage is the large amount of swelling in general mineral oils and lubricating oils, generally dark products.

Operating temperature range -60 ~ +150°C. Applicable to high temperature, cold, coastal, strong ultraviolet radiation.

Silicone

Outstanding resistance to high and low temperature, ozone and weathering resistance; excellent hydrophobicity and proper air permeability; unrivalled insulation properties; sanitary grades that meet food hygiene requirements to meet the requirements of various colors. The disadvantage is that the mechanical strength is the worst in the rubber material and it is not resistant to oil.

Operating temperature range -100 ~ +300°C. Suitable for high temperature, cold, ultraviolet radiation.

Rubber seals

Neoprene rubber

Compared with other specialty rubbers, individual performance is worse, but the overall performance balance is good. Poor storage stability, hardenability during storage, and poor cold resistance. Relative density is high. Generally black products.

Used in oil, heat, and harsh environments. Operating temperature range -30 ~ +120°C.

Natural Rubber

High and low temperature resistance, strong alkali resistance, excellent elasticity, maximum wear resistance.

Operating temperature range -30~+120°C.

Nitrile Rubber

The main features are oil, solvent resistance, but not tolerant to ketones, esters and chlorinated hydrocarbons, etc., elasticity and mechanical properties are very good. Disadvantages are aging and cracking in ozone and oxidation, and poor cold resistance and low temperature resistance.

Polyurethane Rubber

Has good elasticity and excellent wear resistance, good oil resistance, wide adjustable hardness range (Shore A hardness 65-80 degrees), excellent mechanical properties (tensile strength, elongation at break), excellent The cold resistance and chemical resistance of intertwined corrosion, the higher the price of raw materials. Recyclable material. Can meet the requirements of various colors.

Thermoplastic Vulcanizates

With the flexibility and elasticity of rubber, it can be produced by plastic processing method without vulcanization, and the waste can be recycled and reused. It is a material with a wide range of properties, good heat resistance, cold resistance, relative density, oil resistance, solvent resistance similar to neoprene, resistance to permanent deformation and abrasion resistance is not very good. Can meet the requirements of various colors.

Operating temperature range -40 ~ +150°C. Applicable to cold, and high-rise buildings.
